Our sausages are hand-made from prime cuts of outdoor-reared heritage-breed pork and beef in natural casings, smoked over beechwood.
FRESHLY BAKED BUNS
Our pillowy soft, demi-brioche buns are baked daily
and steamed to order.
We use semi-sweet, demi-brioche to compliment the smokey and salty notes of our sausage whilst also being robust enough to not fall apart.
NEXT LEVEL TOPPINGS
We take toppings extremely seriously, from our house-made sauces & pickles, North Carolina style pulled pork and our ever-changing inventive specials to the freshly diced sweet Spanish onion, Heinz Ketchup and French's Mustard that make up our Classic Dog.
We believe in offering something for everyone and we're continually striving to make our menus as inclusive as possible.
Our deceptively meat-like vegan dogs are made from smoked seitan and
dairy-free demi-brioche buns.
Our fully certified Halal smoked turkey dogs are also available at many of our events and locations - check our Find Us section to see where!
Hot Dogs are our first love, but that doesn't stop us from making a mean burger!
Our burgers are hand-made with 100% high-welfare, 30 day dry-aged, ground chuck steak and are best described as chunky smashed burgers - smashed hard into the griddle to form a flavoursome crust but still thick enough to be seriously juicy,

At certain pop-ups and private events we also offer a variety of other dishes.
From dirty, diner style comfort food - Buttermilk fried chicken, 3 cheese mac n cheese and our own take on the Berlin street food staple, Currywurst, to vegetable-forward small plates like charred hispi cabbage in sesame miso butter, Buffalo cauliflower poppers and fresh seasonal salads.
We also make a killer brunch with sausage patty burgers and fat stacks of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with house-made scotch bonnet honey and 100% Vermont maple syrup
