Something for everyone..
We aim to make our menus work for as many people as possible, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or planning food for a larger group.
Alongside our classic dogs, we offer deceptively meat-like vegan dogs, made from smoked seitan and served in dairy-free demi-brioche buns.
We also serve fully certified Halal smoked turkey dogs at many of our events and locations. Availability varies, so check our Our Locations section to see where they’re currently on the menu,

Our sausages are hand-made from prime cuts of outdoor-reared heritage-breed pork and beef in natural casings, smoked over beechwood.

Our pillowy soft, demi-brioche buns are baked daily using regenerative, organic flour from Shipton Mill

We’re no one-trick doggies
Hot dogs are our first love, and we do them better than anyone else.
That’s always going to be our thing.
But we’re chefs first, and over the years that’s led us well beyond hot dogs alone.
Most of our food is centred around dirty, diner-style American classics with a contemporary twist, but depending on the job, it can stretch a lot further than that. We’ve cooked breakfasts and coffee for early-morning seminars, turned out thousands of hand-made, wood-fired sourdough pizzas a day at major festivals (through our sister brand, Fundi Pizza), and even ran a full-scale Korean night market for one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world.
You can see that range most clearly at our Lord Napier pub kitchen, where hot dogs sit alongside burgers, fried chicken, small plates, desserts, and proper Sunday roasts. It also shows up in our specials, which often pull in ideas from elsewhere along the way.
